Adding a YOOPHUKET watermark does not transfer copyright in the original image to YOOPHUKET and does not confirm that the lister owns the relevant real estate.

When users purchase packages, advertising, or paid services, YOOPHUKET may use a Payment Gateway provider to process payments.

Payment-related information may be sent to the payment service provider as necessary and will be subject to that provider's policies and security standards.

YOOPHUKET will retain transaction information only as necessary to provide services, issue records, handle accounting and tax matters, conduct audits, and comply with the law.

The YOOPHUKET website may use Cloud / Hosting providers to store and process information such as:
